Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a presentation take to build?

A typical 15–20 slide deck usually takes 6–10 hours depending on complexity, content clarity, and whether new visuals need to be sourced or created.

Can you work with existing slides?

Absolutely. I can redesign, tidy, or completely transform your current slides into a more professional and engaging format.

Do you help with content and messaging?

Yes. With my marketing background, I can help refine your message, structure your story, and ensure your presentation flows logically.

PowerPoint is, by far, my preferred choice for creating presentations along with Excel for creating graphs and charts. But I also use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for supporting graphics, images and other visual elements incorporated in additional graphic design projects.

What software do you use?

Yes. Once I’ve seen your content, and your detailed brief I can provide an estimated clear project price if you prefer that over hourly billing.

Do you offer fixed‑price quotes?

Yes — I often help clients with urgent projects and can usually accommodate reasonable fast turnarounds.

Can you work to tight deadlines?
